Playful Speech Explorers LLC does not accept insurance. We accept private pay only and are considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. The clinician can provide a Superbill. This document can be submitted to insurance companies for potential reimbursement, however it is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to submit the provided document to their insurance company, not the clinician's.

Credit or debit card information will be stored on file through our secure HIPAA-compliant portal. Payment will be collected at the time of each session.

For cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a charge of 50% of the session fee will be made to the card on file.
